Then I don't know - I personally do not have this issue with my zowie mice, what you want to do about that is up to you. Hopefully it's an actual issue and not just in your head.

Well i've tried the Deathadder, Rival 300, G303, Corsair M65, Mx518 and the WMO and this one is the hardest to aim by far even if it has a good shape for my hand. It's quite annoying knowing that it was $60.. I could have gotten 3 mice for the same price that are all easier to aim with.

It's unusual because the older Zowies (EC2, EC1/2 eVo, FK, AM) all didn't have such awful feeling sensors, I couldn't aim for my life with the EC1-A but with the FK (non 1/2) I can aim just fine bar the pixel walk due to the MCU dropping too many counts to scale from 2300 to 450, except the click delay screws me pretty hard.

A3080 MX518 was rockin'
don't have mine anymore though and can only found used ones in terrible shape :-( time seems to slay that coating even if the user wasn't abusing the mouse

I have 2 other mice with the 3310 sensor and both of them feel much less laggy. This is the BenQ FK1.. Did i just get a defective copy or what?
Edit: i already tried putting on new skates, still doesn't feel right.

Hmm, no idea why you feel that way. The 3310 sensor in Fk1 is very responsive and probably one of the more raw mouse feelings out there in comparison. Mine dosen't lag at all.

what are the other problems that may persist with an old MCU besides smoothing? Correct me if I'm wrong and feel free to fill me in if you know. I know nothing about MCU's
