3500 limits you to quite an extreme. I'm having a very difficult time finding good PSUs at 3500 or less. It looks to me like 3500 is only going to be able to get you something that might only be good enough for a simple office PC if you know what I mean.

Alright...Please suggest what i should buy and i will work out to increase the budget smile.gif the cx430 that i am running right now cost me 2300/- when i bought it.

I wont ever be overclocking, Even my gaming system i dont overclock and dont plan to either reason being i only game and i dont see anything out there that doesn't run with my current specs. From my years of experience i have found that you spend 25% more on power when you get a 10% increase in performance hence i consider upgrading the system when it starts lagging smile.gif

This system will mostly be running @ normal settings and no gaming just multi media stuff.

And thanks for help you are providing smile.gif

If you won't be overclocking or gaming, then something like the Antec VP series would be ok.

You don't need a fancy PSU because you won't be overclocking or gaming.

Just make sure you have enough power connectors to power the drives.
