Use palit software overclock or msi afterburner beta 14 or EVGA P overclock

here's a question, Why do you want to set it at 1200mhz?

You could flatline the curve from 1.2GHz upwards if you still want some lower idle clocks or just set the voltage point for 1.2GHz for fixed operation. If your looking to reduce power using 4 cards perhaps just reducing the power limit would be better.

Leave it stock is probably already running at 1900mhz... Not worth the trouble of testing stability for 5% better fps..

Don't think the OP is running 4x 1070 at 1200MHz for FPS but more likely rendering or crunching while wanting to keep power consumption down.

nVidiaInspector isn't Pascal optimized although one could use the -lockVoltagePoint option to reduce the P2 clock or follow up the GPU clock setting with a -forcepstate:0,2. Might have some trouble with the memory clock though but then again AFAIK other softwares such as MSI Afterburner don't handle memory so well either.

Delete driver by DDU final ver

And install final driver by www.nvidia.com latest driver 372.90
