Good riddance. Let's hope this sets a precedent as far as the legions of Greenlight trash games are concerned.

That may have been true in the past, but perjury now extends to civil lawsuits. These losers didn't think about the implications.

That was stupid to go the trial without even having the funds to back this up.
Overall it was expected for them to disappear even if they did went to trial. No one would buy their games regardless. Especially after steam kicked them out as well.

Thank God (or whatever you do or dont believe in)! The last thing we needed was a lawsuit like this to set a precedence where gamers would be afraid to post a negative review of a bad game for fear of being sued! Long live the snarky reviews!

The best thing about this, was the front page of Digital Suicides website. Was the long whining blog from the CEO about people hurting his feeling for making bad games. And that he won't stand for people attacking his family's livelihood, etc..

It was beautiful...

They will just start again with a different name and pedal the same garbage games.

Unlikely. The only thing this "failure" served to show is that it is unrealistic to go after negative reviewers.

The lead of that studio was clearly doing this for attention.

I just wonder whether he thinks all this was actually worth the publicity.
