I like the suggestions so far. I hate mice that have indents and "ergonomic grooves" I like a simple shape and these deliver just wish they were smaller. The Sica does seem like a good option still. G100 reviews seem to indicate the buttons stop working.
Maybe a G303 if you can find one for cheap. But you really need to try it before you buy it because the shape is not for everyone.
Zowies are overpriced and overhyped. The only thing going for them are the shapes. For 60$ (or whatever they go for) there are better options out there.

Zowie doesn't make any small mice or at least not what I consider small. The ZA13 is borderline small based on the dimensions and might be alright for you I guess. Logitech is one of the few manufacturers that makes good small mice. The Zalman m600r/skymouse 4k is supposed to be pretty good I think. The evga x5 is pretty good. Not really many with a similar shape to that mouse though. The Azio exo1 actually might be more similar and is supposed to be fairly decent I think and is quite cheap. Honestly I would say pick one of those up and try it. If you don't like it not really much harm though that also is getting in to borderline medium size.

Thanks a ton guys this is a good start. thumb.gif

I should add my right hand size
Palm ~3.25-3.5"
middle finger to wrist: 6.75"

I often just rest my thumb of the mouse on top with the left button next to my index finger. You can see that in the picture.

Edit:
I went to Microcenter and bought a Roccat Lua. I like the size and the sensor, I wish it had a bit more meat to the right side of the mouse but otherwise I like it more than the MX518. The mouse works great and the buttons and wheel are very easy to use. One problem I have is my right hand wants to rest on the right mouse button. Might be a matter of training myself to use this, but it is very nice.

I tried the G303 and the size was perfect but the hard edge bothered me. The Asus Sica was nice, I might hold out for one on eBay if I see a cheap, sometimes these things are like $25 shipped.

I tried a few others suggested in the thread but given the way these things are packaged its really hard to tell.

if u liked the g303 then try the g pro if that's too expensive wait for the g102 which should be out before Christmas which is the same mouse but with some new mystery budget sensor(hype biggrin.gif). also i feel your pain with regards to your ring finger wanting to naturally rest on the right mouse button. I would suggest sticking to mice with an overlapping side panel like the g pro /g102, g100s, zalman m600r, corsair katar etc. the side panels come up to the mouse buttons and allow u to rest your ring finger there similar to the mx518/g400 and g403 yet in an ambidextrous shape thumb.gif im just waiting for the g102 don't wanna spend so much on the g pro i don't need the 7m tracking speed etc.

The Lua is reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally narrow. The narrowest mouse I've ever used. The lift-off distance is insane, too.

Really? Gonna instabuy then when i get any free money. The mouse that was most comfortable for me personally was 48mm wide in the middle.

Edit: I guess another option is Roccat Lua. Zowie Mico,

Zowie has always been known for their shape and construct. They offer that "no-frils" shape without all the grooves, rubber pads, wings etc etc and in multiple of sizes. I have been using a Zowie EC2-A for a while now. Id rate it a higher 8/10 for me personally, the shape is near perfect, sensor works great but is not the BEST, and the clicks are "meh" to me. They seem heavy, not a huge fan but its something I completely forget about when gaming and only really notice it when im trying to nit-pick. I like this mouse for FPS gaming a lot, but not so much for common work and chiller, mmo style gaming.

I'd give the G102 / G Pro a spin. They are shaped like office mice, which is what the MBOM is.

But they are of course, filled with the latest and bestest components.
