played the game a little now , fantastic performance @ 4k , lowest fps was 49 but it was when the gears were opening a door and crosiing it like 2 seconds , the rest is solid 50 to 60fps

AA is lowered to medium and i think shadows to high , the rest is ultra

uploading a video of it too

Overclocked? Apparently the TXP gains quite a bit in 4K with an OC.

Sounds good! I was hoping to hit the numbers above on my 1080 but that's obviously not going to happen,. Will try your settings anyway and see how I go tonight

So I received a 1070 FE from Jet on Tuesday but don't have a Gears code. Does anyone know if I'm eligible for one? Thanks thumb.gif

This game is crazy optimized. I am seeing 93fps avg 78fps min. All ultra settings. Accept for motion blur off and DOF low. 4790k, 16gb ram, gtx 1080, 256gb ssd, 1440p @144Hz G-Sync. Looks GREAT and plays smooth as butter. Well done MS. They have done pc gamers justice with this title. Now just bring the damn thing to Steam for others that want another option.

Have you tried playing on Insane? How much of a difference in visuals and performance is there between Ultra and Insane?
