When I test my vision for the perception of jaggies, 8K 30" viewed from three feet comes out to as the ideal pixel density (just hitting the point where jaggies blur out), so 27" is slightly more dense than it needs to be, but I'll take it.
Edit: Note that "the perception of jaggies" is a secondary issue, the point is that if you can see a digital image clearly enough to perceive jaggies that means that you're not coming close to the "maximum" amount of detail that you can perceive (which is not to say that 8K 30" is some sort of absolute maximum, but it's probably the last practical increase in screen sharpness in terms of cost/benefit ratio).Edited by ILoveHighDPI - 10/6/16 at 11:10am
