okay moved some fans around and less noise, is there to make one of the fans turn on only when it gets to a certain temp?, just ran x264 for 30 minutes and max temp was 70c.

If it's a PWM fan and your motherboard has PWM headers, yes. You would most likely find those settings in the BIOS.

yeah, it's overclocked to 4.4ghz

The x264 puts some heat to it. With mine gaming temperature is 57c hyper 212 4.5GHz. What do you run for gaming temp .

my temps while running gta5 is 60 to 65c max.

I just did a test on mine with crysis 3 and it peaked 57c the, Room ambient 24c. Dose the PC run x264 cooler with the case cover off? if it does better case cooling is needed.

yup, aida 64 runs about 1-2 degrees diff with side panel off

Is it 1-2 degrees cooler, also what is the CPU fan speed with the case cover on or off with stress testing?
