So... and it begins im ready to just hit a punching bag 25000 times, grrr.
ok moving on....
Please help

I just got this new setup through together still waiting on a Harddrive, and my Hyper 212+ Red LED Cooler to come in but other then that i think i have everything for now other then my Dedicated GPU but wont be getting that no time soon.

Problem: I cannot for the love of my life figure out how to raise the gpu clock in bios.... I raise it but it simply just does not do anything boots to windows plays a game stable and all, but gpu-z and bios says its at stock 757Mhz. Please help.

Specs
Corsair SPEC-02 Case (2 x 120mm Fans For Now)
G.Skill Ripjaws x Series 16GB (8GB x 2) (2133Mhz)
Corsair RM650x PSU
APU A10-7860K @ 4Ghz Stock Voltage (For Now)
APU GPU @ 757Mhz
Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3HP Motherboard

*Like I said Cannot simply overclock the gpu, i raise it to 825 or 800 or anything and it stays at 757
even tried it through AMD CCC, nothing.... Please and Thank You.

Oh to some things up temp Hard Drive is a seagate 1TB 7200RPM and Windows 10 Pro 64bit, sorry!

I have a gigabyte board and I don't recall any options for raising iGPU clocks in BIOS.
AMDoverdrive is what you need http://www.amd.com/en-us/innovations/software-technologies/technologies-gaming/over-drive

if you go much over 900Mhz you may need to up the NB voltage a bit.

The UP4 should let you tweak iGPU clocks in UEFI, but I don't know anything about the D3HP. I remember the Sniper let you do it, but it had clockspeed limits based on the UEFI revision.

hmm. I remember combing through the BIOS vigorously when I first setup the machine just seeing what all options I had and don't recall seeing igpu clock options. Might be right. I'd just as soon use AOD anyway to make changes on the fly in windows.

If you're on a Gigabyte board you should be able to overclock the iGpu in the graphics tab of EasyTune 6.

Ok the good news is "AOD" worked, so basically my Lovely gigabyte motherboard doesn't support iGPU Overclocking?!
ok well that doesnt bother me that much.
but ive got a few more questions hopefully the great people here can help me with smile.gif "Please", it just all seems a bit strange!, If you ask me this is all out of wack> or am i looking at all of this wrong?
1. Temps?
2. More Temps???
3. Memory Timing and or Frequency? it's suppose to be DDR3-2133....
4 Core temp readings... lol?

Below are screen shots hope i did them right
and SPECS smile.gif!!!!

I finally added my Hyper 212+ Dual Fan Setup with Red LED's...
16GB DDR3-2133 G-Skill Rip-jaws 11-13-13-31 timings "STOCK"
Corsair Spec-02 Case 2 x 120mm Fans RED LED
1TB Hard Drive Standard 7200RPM
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
GIGABYTE FA-F2A88XM-D3HP
CORSAIR RM650X PSU

***ALSO, I just have set the CPU to 4.0Ghz Stright No C6, no TURBO
and NB=1700 and GPU is at 850 for now.

Not trying to be rude but could i get some help on this please?

Overclocking the iGPU provides little to no performance benefit in gaming because of memory bandwidth bottleneck. The power management (GeAPM) throttles the CPU to 2.5 GHz when the iGPU is under load further reducing performance. 2133 MHz high latency RAM is also far from optimal.

Your best bet would be to find any GPU with GDDR5 memory, even a lowly HD 7750/HD 7770 would be much better than the crippled iGPU. This would also allow the CPU to run at it's nominal clock speed instead of being throttled down.

Your idle temp and RAM timings look normal. DDR3 is "double data rate" so the ram frequency in CPUZ shows half of 2133Mhz. If you use AOD's stress test tool and watch temps they should ideally stay above 20 thermal margin.

it's 3.5ghz and the throttle can be easily disabled. But your other points are true.
