AMD A10 6700 Bottleneck, Overclocking.

So, i recently had to turn off - AMD turbo core - since it was dropping my CPU multiplier to x26 instead of its normal x37 ( x42 with turbo core ), games were simply unstable and hardly playable. So now my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU ( GTX 960 4GB Overclocked ). Since this CPU is locked i can only overclock PCIe, which goes only up to 104 MHz ( stable point ), any higher and it crashes ( probably because of RAM ).
Now CPU is running on 3850 MHz, and i was wondering if i could achieve higher clocks with setting RAM timings ( not that i know how to do it, since i don't do it very often ).

Spec.
MOBO - ASRock FM2A58M-VG3+
CPU - AMD A10 6700.
GPU - GTX 960 4GB.
RAM - some AMD RAM ( 1333 freq )
( nothing else have any importance )

Image of CPU benchmark running on 4.6 GHz ( turbo core enabled )

Ummm, problem kinda solved itself, changing RAM timings fixed everything.
