Question re upcoming EK Rampage V Edition 10 monoblock

Thread Starter
Their press release says it plugs into the Aura port - anyone know if that's the small plug next to the "Republic of Gamers" logo mid-board (above the PCH) or the main aura 4-pin at the bottom/edge of the board? I'd hate to give up the aura control port that I had wanted to use for the rest of the system's lighting.

Referring to this: https://www.ekwb.com/news/asus-rampage-v-edition-10-monoblock-rgb-edition-is-available-for-pre-order/
Quote:
The RGB LEDs are fully compatible with ASUS AURA Lighting Control and the 4-pin RGB female connector can be connected directly to the motherboard RGB header.

It is for the bottom port . what you are going to need is a splitter . not a big issue . That way you can still use your custom leds , and that water block.
that is at least my plan

hope this helps . thumb.gif

Thanks! Yeah, a splitter would work, was just hoping it'd use the connector next to the PCH. Appreciate the link!
