I use a small torch that emits bright white light so I can get a look in all directions easily, I to use a magnifier including a wearable one but still see no bent pins no matter what angle I look.
Still Buyer must have been stupid or not wanted it in the end, the board works no problems to be seen so I hope someone else will pick it up.

I finally got my board to post. I’m using g a 28 lane cpu with 3 way xfire and a m.2 drive. The Manual and website state for a 28 lane cpu to run gpus in slot 16x/8x-slot1 8x-slot 2 16x/8x-slot 3 the pcie 8x-slot 4 shares with u2 m2. My gpus are running at 8x 4x 8x not what I expected. The bios however states that in (auto) If you use a 4x or 8x device in the pcie 8x4th slot that m.2 and u.2 remain active and the 2nd pcie 8x slot is disabled. It seems like my 2nd gpu should have ended up in the 4th slot not the second slot which goes against the manual and website. I have 4x lanes left over I’m confused why also I’m using the 1801 bios

With a 28 lane CPU that looks like its the best you can get. Here is an image of the cluster that is the RVE10's PCIe lanes HERE

Slot 1 (PCIe_X16/X8_1) has 8 private lanes from the CPU and 8 lanes shared with M.2/U.2 and Slot 2 (PCIe_X8_2).
Slot 2 (PCIe_X8_2) see above.
Slot 3 (PCIe_X4_1) has 4 lanes from the X99 PCH that are shared with USB3.0 Front 3/4 and USB3.1 Back A+C.
Slot 4 (PCIe_X16/X8_3) has 8 private lanes from the CPU.
Slot 5 (PCIe_X1_1) has 1 private lane from the PCH
Slot 6 (PCIe_X8_4) has 1 private lane from the PCH and 4 lanes shared with M.2/U.2 from the CPU

So if you add Slot 1 private 8 with Slot 1/2/M.2/U.2 's shared 8+8=16, then add Slot 4's lanes 8+16=24, and finally Slot 6's lanes 24+4= 28.
Slot 3/5/ and the 1 lane from Slot 6 are on the PCH so they do not count for the CPU lanes, but are 4+1+1=6 lanes.

According to the manual the best you can get for 3 way SLI is;

Slot 1 - GPU1 (x8 CPU)
Slot 2 - GPU2 (x8 CPU)
Slot 3 - Empty (x4 for shared USB, PCH)
Slot 4 - GPU3 (x8 CPU)
Slot 5 - Empty (x1 PCH)
Slot 6 - Empty (x4 lanes for M.2, CPU)

All 28 CPU lanes used,

Note: U.2 will be disabled in 3 way SLI.

Are these the slots you have the cards installed into?

I think there is a setting in the BIOS where you can tell it to go to x8/x8/x8 for Slot 1/2/4, ill try and take a pic of it, brb.

Look on Advanced\Onboard Devices Configuration. Mine says 4-way configuration, but yours will probably say 3-way configuration. Change it from Auto to x8/x8/x8. It "should" only disable your U.2 and leave the M.2 working.

Yea those are the slots. In amd settings I tried disabling 1 gpu to see if the 4x would go to 8x and it appeared to, but I turned off the computer and disconnected the power from the middle card that’s running 4x...the bios showed my 3rd card in the 2nd gpu’s slot running at 8x which is weird. Also in those options you showed I have auto and m.2/u.2.

Update: I ended up fixing it by reinstalling gpu drivers after first running ddu. I honestly didn’t think the gpu drivers could effect the pcie speed in bios. So now I’m at the rated 8x8x8x. Well now on to the memory and getting that to work since I think I have 2 faulty sticks unfortunately.

Do you have a 3-Way Option that can be set to x8/x8/x8? Or can you post a screen shot of that bios screen with the dropdown open?

Screenshot in the BIOS is F12, but you have to have a thumb drive plugged into a USB slot to save too.

I would like to have some CPU with 40 PCI lanes for X99.

Anyone update to BIOS 1801 yet?

I'm a bit gun-shy... when I last updated my BIOS (to 1503 from something earlier), I lost all my settings and my saved settings file would not load.

I'm on 1801 for a couple of weeks now. No issues. Overclock remained exactly the same. Speaking of the profiles. I have never, ever been able to load a profile that I saved to a usb stick on any of the bios revisions of this board. It either freezes when loading or just throws some kind of error. I resort to just taking pictures of the settings I don' want to forget.
