I agree with poster above, if that's the games you play then 240hz all day.

I tried some 144hz 24" FHD panels (AOC, Benq) and their pixels and grille where noticeable. Image wasn't nearly sharp compared to 27" QHD (big difference) and was garbage also compared to a old 22" CRT at 1600x1200.

Is this 240hz 25" new panel sharpe image than older 24"? I know it has less DPI so it shouldn't, but I am asking anyway. Thanks

PS: I think I might wait for QHD 27" 240hz... wink.gif

Fully depends on your liking, i myself had 27" QHD 144hz monitor from ASUS and i preferred my old BenQ more at least on games like CSGO since i'm playing quite competitively.

Funny thing that I noticed when I was using this monitor don't know with others that when I try to sniper or doing flick shots in cs go. I tend to just watch and point directly my crosshair to the sprite instead of flicking it. Probably because it feels a lot smoother lol. Thats why for the past few days my aim was off hahaha.

I know it's not released yet, but what differences are there compared to the PG258Q other than G-Sync.

It looks different? Until it's release we don't know the details.

I bought the Dell S2417DG in November after seeing the 240hz BenQ, Paid less, got gsync, and 1440p > 1080p. 240hz is not revolutionary, LCDs will be LCDs.

True, for casuals. This monitor is aimed at more competitive players. I play 90% cs go, this monitor is perfect for me. I noticed a pretty significant difference from a 144hz monitor.
