8GB might be starting to bottleneck in some games nowadays. Specially when you have other software running alongside it.
An upgrade to 16 is usually doable and cheap, so you might want to check into that, But only if you really need it. You can check performance monitor if you're hitting the limit when playing the game with optional added software running in the back to make sure.
A 750ti is a nice card, but depending on what resolution you play, it might be a bit slow for BDO. If you wish to run the game maxed out @ 60fps on (assuming) 1080p then you might need an upgrade on that.
Last but not least, an i5 4460 is a nice cpu, but it might also be a little budget.
Overall, you have a nice system in balance. But i'd consider it to be mid-high end, and thus you shouldn't expect to game in ultra settings.
But personally, i'd start with another 8gb of ram and upgrade on GPU since most games lean towards GPU instead of CPU. Mind you, that in some cases this is the other way round. Since i have no experience with BDO, i cannot exactly clarify this.
