Original Post below in spoiler. Edit 12/11/16 , I bought the Microboard340CLZ.
EDIT:
This 34" Microboard 3440x1440 100mhz Freesync looks sick, so i'm tempted to stretch for it if they'l accept $625 for it.

can't find any difference in specs for the PU PRO, asked them to clarify since the specsheet look identical right now ( and different sellers, so it may be just be some marketing bull****).
Took a quick search in the forum and it doesn't look like anyone here owns this but just thought i'd ask incase.
I know Yamakasi Catleaps are somewhat popular, just wondering if anyone has any experience with these? seems like great bang for buck, and i'm based in Ireland, so its working out significantly cheaper for me.
My heart is actually set on The Seiki pro SM32UNP, but I can't find any european sellers, and getting it via Amazon would total 560EUR/$608 , which doesn't seem worth at all.
If anyone wants to share their $0.02 about what to get, i'm all ears.
Ive been reading about the QNIX UHD3216R & QNIX UHD325
So far i'm thinking its between:
QNIX UHD3216R , QNIX UHD325 & Yamakasi M280PU .
I see the UHD3216R is the newer between the two QNIX's, is there any key differences between the two, besides FreeSync support?

What i'm looking for:
30-34" (28" is worst case, i'd really prefer bigger).
4k/60hz
FREESYNC is a bonus, i'm on an Nvidia GTX1070, but may jump ship if AMD's Vega works out.
1x Display port 1.2a or newer = required. ( 2-3 Displayports + 1 HDMI2.0 is perfect but not required.)
IPS/AHVA or SMVA
Color space : 4:4:4
Good Anti-glare. I do like glossy, but This will be somewhat close to a window for the foreseeable future. I won't shoot down glossy options but it'l have to be conservative gloss.
Budget $300-400 before shipping & tax. $450 all-in. EDIT: might stretch up to $600 if its worth.
My use cases:
Gaming (15ms or faster refresh rate super important).
Watching high def movies and media.
Yamakasi M280PU:
