I have been noticing little flashing dots on screen. I seem to notice it more when I watch youtube videos. I have updated the drivers to the current version. The display itself is fine.
If you use chrome make sure hardware acceleration is disabled. And also try forcing it to run @ 3D voltage in msi afterburner (or just leave a very light 3D application running in the back ground for testing).

What monitor do you use? I had a problem that sounds like this, turns out the AMD Crimson drivers were defaulting to 10 bpc for my display. Even though my display claims it supports 10 bpc, setting it to 8 bpc fixed this issue. You can also check that your monitor's DisplayPort version is at 1.2, even with mine set to this though I had to use 8 bpc.
Edit: I guess for your card it would be setting it to 6 bpc.
I don't see any additional settings after I click on display. I see hdmi scaling to adjust the over and underscan discussed in the thread in the link, but that's it.
The screenshot in the OP here is what you're looking for. Sorry I presently have an nvidia card in my computer (RMA
) or I'd see about more specific instructions, but it should be in there..
