RX 480 8GB
A10-7860K
8GB ddr3 2400
MSI A88X-G45
600W Termaltake TR2

Ive been getting a lot of blue screens 99% of them have been my fault.. How do I know? I would get them when ever I overclocked.. Havent overclocked havent gotten them.. Simple.

There is one that grabs my attention, it happens rareley, even when I dont overclock... "Kernel power"

Ive:
Stressed the gpu
Stressed the cpu
And tested the ram
.. All passed.

In the past from experience it all points to the PSU.. Not that the PSU is bad but simply because it cant provide the power it needs.. But if that were to be the case isnt 600w enough?

"Kernel Power" just means that Windows was shut down improperly. The word "power" doesn't mean that Windows thinks it's a problem with the power supply. It's just an event that's logged when Windows is shut down improperly in one way or another (it was forced either by you or by something else).

If you don't have one of the crappy TR2 models, then it should be fine. I have to go to bed, but here's more info about that:

Thanks for the reply, if thats acurate than I should be good since I have the "E303666".

Lastly I beleive(hopefully) that I fixed the issue..the motherboard had bios v1.0, updated to bios v1.9 and the system apears to be more stable.. And windows itself is faster, more responsive..

Yeah, his information is always 100% accurate.

Wow, a simple BIOS update did all that. Nice!
