Change keyboard buttons

Thread Starter
I have a few buttons i would like to change on my keyboard. I have those buttons at the top... volume up and volume down. I never use these. I would like to change them to a play/pause button and stop button. How can i change this?

I also have a Power Off button i would like to completely disable (i accidently push it and it gets on my nerves). I don't have a name-brand keyboard (DCT Factory) and it didn't come with a cd.

Is there a program I can download to change my buttons?

the only program that i think would do this is the drivers, try searching the web with all the numbers on the keyboard i.e part number, make, model im sure you will find something.
