That PSU would be great if he needed that quality, such as for trying to win overclocking competitions. The XFX PSUs he's looking at are actually quite decent and I would recommend them if the budget doesn't allow any higher. They're very safe.

I want my FX 8320e can overclock 4.5 ghz GPU R9 380 4G can run OC with 1050 clock speed and i have 4x120mm fans 2x200mm fans one 500gb samsung 850 ssd , one 120 gb ssd and 1tb Hdd 4 dims of 2gb kingston ram and dvd drive. All is in 970A-UD3 8+2 phase mobo. i dont think 500w is enought.

Just get RMx, 10-20€ is not much for a better design.
