HP P410 with 73GB SAS very slow

Hello everyone,
I recently bought 4 HP SAS drives, 73GB, 2,5" DG072A8B54

I connected them to my P410 in G6 proliant, sest up raid0 from 4 drives... and got very disappointed.

Apparently this is how they tend to work, benchmarked with bonnie++ (transfer in MB, latencies in ms)

Can anyone comment on that? Am I making some obvious mistake, or these disk are just very slow?

(Now going to test single drive)
