I think it would be rather stellar to offer this to individuals who have recently ordered, but not yet received, their custom orders or cases.

I ordered a few weeks ago and I do not plan on cancelling my order to re-order and save money, but I do feel a little bit put off by this. The way the recent re-opening of custom orders was presented to us generated a sense of urgency and I put and order in as soon as I could. If I knew I could get 10% off by waiting a few weeks, I think I would have.

I understand your point of view. helpinghand.gif

But you have to remember that the sale is related to Black Friday event. I usually order around those similar events. I was waiting for some kind of sale of some sort.. and boom there it is. tongue.gif

I usually wait for certain time around the year for this (Christmas, New Year, Valentine, etc. You get the idea). biggrin.gif

If Caselabs actually feel generous, they might reimburse you the difference. Who knows? wink.gif

Well sure, they absolutely do not owe me a nickel, and someone who has the discretionary spending to buy a $600+ case wont be hurting on a $60 savings, but they did impart a sense of ordering urgency on the recent (mid-late October?) custom order opening and I jumped on that given they stated it would only last a couple of weeks.

I would easily have waited for the holidays otherwise, given that I had been waiting for months for custom orders to reopen anyway. I'm waiting for the rest of the holiday sales (cyber mondays, etc.) to buy the rest of my build.

I hope this clarifies why I'm a little frustrated (emphasis on "a little").
