Is this report ok?¿

I don't know so much about sdd, so i installed crystal disk info and got this report:

It's a new sdd, as you can see it has only a few power hours.
The power cycles is something "normal" because i had some troubles installing windows and had to restart a few times.

But i was wondering the meaning of :
-Reallocated NAND blocks Umbral 10. Does it mean it has 10 errors yet? :S

-Average block erase count. 1. I don't even know what that means :S

So... everything is ok?

Thank you.

Everything looks ok to me. Umbral means threshold and when the Actual value of the attribute would drop down to (or below) the threshold then you would have a problem. For Reallocated NAND blocks you are interested in Raw value too and that value apparently is 0.

Nice! i understand, thank you.

And what about the "Average block erase count" ? :S
post #4 of 7
I would understand it as average number of how many times the entire NAND capacity has be completely written to. Let's say you have 250GB SSD and with each 250GB of NAND writes the value increases by one.

Keep in mind it is a average count. My brand new MX300 750GB came with "1" too smile.gif
