Hi,

I just built my PC. Monitoring CPU temps in CPUID's HWMonitor. At the moment temps are ~25c but occasionally I'll see one core jump up 10c or so and then back down straight away... is this normal?

Completely normal. Changing loads means changing power demands which means changing temperatures.

Likely just a background task or some user input spiking demand for a moment.

Ah I see, that's good to know. I was a little worried maybe there was something wrong with the mobo sensors, etc.

Thanks!
