Really enjoyed what you did here! One of the best builds I've seen here recently. SFF and a great attention to detail is right up my alley

Looks great man! And yeah, the sata plug sleeving can be a bit tricky, but it can be done with a bit of persistence:D

This picture is really good! I would love to see a not black/white version of that.

Thanks, it's working out well. Still some more to get done, hoping it'll add to the overall fit and finish. I'm really pleased with it. So impressed by the thermal performance of that cooler. I've been running on water for so many years, I was surprised just how unnecessary it is on modern silicone running running stock. tongue.gif

Cheers buddy, I'll dig out a color one for you. I'm gonna reattempt the SATA cables when I fit the Matrix Orbital screen. The combs need to come off, so I'll swap out the shrink for shorter uniform cuts.

I'd spent the weekend in Birmingham at Insomnia 60 gaming festival, JUICE stood up to the punishment without fault. I'm really impressed by this chassis, sure it got warm, but as the nights draw on, it was very helpful to warm my fingers on... haha.

I had two console kids sat one side of me, who couldn't get over the size.. it's noticeably smaller then their XBONEs.

Now to get it finished..

Looks awesome!

I really like the current trend for cut down ITX cases geared toward gaming.

Your cable management in this case is simply stunning!

@HackJoe

How you liking this system? I am curious how the thermals and sound levels are with such a small case.

I really like the idea of mounting one of these behind a monitor on a stand for a "fo-AIO" system that has a gaming focus...sure would clean my desk up!

Dude,

I love it!!! In it's current form (side panel always off, running the redux fan) it's the quietest system I've owned. Which is madness as it's aircooled.

Sure it runs hot (75-80'c on the GPU) but never loud. I play with a headset on so it's certainly not loud enough to be a concern. I just got a RIFT and the build continues to impress. I'm playing everything with 3 sensors and touch with no problems (i5/1060).

Stage 2.0 took a kick to the bollox when my fabricated parts ran dry, comms with the supplier were taking months! and life sped up. It's been crazy busy here for the last few months. I'm getting a second wind now as summer LAN (i61) is quickly approaching so maybe it'll get a little closer to custom ORB display mount and Tempered glass panel.

Overall, I adore the S4 Mini, just buy it...
