Is there an easy way to add a new user to all of my computers. Every time I get a new employee, it takes forever to add a new username to all of the computers. I was hoping there would be an easy way to set up a new username with all of the same settings, start menu items, desktop items, mapped drives, browser settings, program settings, etc.

Do you mean Windows, Linux, OSX, your router? You've posted this in the Networking section, which is why it's confusing as to what you want to do. If you mean your OS then you should repost this under the correct subsection.
No problem, just post it in the right section. Do make sure to give more details than you have in this thread. You need to tell which OS you use and what you intend to do. That way we can help you quickly and efficiently.
If you are managing multiple devices it will be easier if you use a windows server running as a Domain Controller (DC). That way you can centrally create accounts for all of your computers in one place.
The accounts are not on the computers themselves but are on the DC, when someone logs into the computer the computer communicates with the DC to authenticate the user and create a copy of their profile.
However if you do not know what a DC is you might want to enlist some help in getting everything set up reliably. How many computers/users do you have?
That's what I thought it was, but I don't do well with abbreviations. But yes it's already set up that. However when you log in from different computers, they are not all the same settings that I want. Whenever you create a new user and log into a computer for the first time, it is set up as if it is a fresh install. You have to change your windows settings, wallpapers, text size, default browsers, rearrange the start menu, change all the settings in the software you use, etc. And you have to do that on every computer. It gets to be a pain to have to do it on 6 different computers every time.

Then you need to configure your user and group policies to create global settings that will "follow" the users.
Some applications will need to be reconfigured every time others you might be able to get them to write settings to the users profile, this will depend on the application.
Can an admin please move this to the correct area.

Taking into consideration that this is a production system I would highly recommend that you attempt this with a couple of VM's, one for the Domain Controller and one for an end user device.
Yeah, you need a domain controller and someone competent enough to managed it. I would suggest you find a company that can help you out with that. If you mess up that server, you are going to have a heck of a time fixing it once all of your computers are on the domain. Leave it to the professionals.
