I feel like I need to gut these mice and drill holes in them to cut the weight down. A serious gaming mouse cannot be over 100g, and should really be under 90g. Can you suggest to your engineers that they try to cut weight for the next refreshed mouse.

I would love to try the new button configuration of the Leadr, but a 128g mouse is ludicrous. The wireless g403 and g900 are allegedly 107g for comparison.

If the shell is the same i gonna order the pure when it comes out

looking forward to this mouse will buy for sure.

Probably caseking.de will be the first to have them on stock as usual.

Maybe I review the mouse if I have some time just like the previous version I did http://www.overclock.net/t/1499343/roccat-kone-pure-military-review

probably wont be my daily driver seeing I love the Logitech G403 to much but hey just for my collection :D

Insta-buy from me for the Kone Pure 2017.

Used that mouse almost exclusively for cs days.

One had sensor rattle, my other did not until later.

I hope Roccat has looked into sensor rattle issues from the 3310 iteration and bumped up QC for that aspect at the very least.

2017 looks exciting already for new mice tongue.gif...love my Nixeus Revel, Kone may just be better!

This thread is about the light mouse named "Roccat Kone Pure 2017" which is using a 336X sensor variant and is only 88 gram.
The other mice from roccat 336X sensor line up are heavier.

Can you make your review to include all the details shown in Ino.'s reviews?
Seriously, reviews less than that are not that useful. smile.gif

its a review from 2014 FreeElectron, its a while back give all the details at that time was also no possibility.

seeing I could not open up the mouse for button latency or a photo of the pcb.

For the rest the implementation of the 3310 was already solid some mousetesters graphs wont be much of an addon.

Still if you like to bash on people who make an effort go ahead.

But you just sounds like a prick when you do that.

I'm more than interested to try it because dimensions appear similar to rival 300, it weighs less than it, and it's got the 336x - The KP17 looks solid but the dimensions would leave my fingers literally hanging I assume and be extremely uncomfortable for claw. Leadr looks like an interesting shape but too many features not intended for me

Ooh, I'm stoked for the EMP too. If 116g is with cable included I'm very interested (clarification on this would be top notch), since the Deathadder is almost a bit too short for my hand (About 20-21cm in length) and makes my fingers hang a bit over the edge. I remember using it was back and that I really liked it.

The Kone Pure looks really nice but claw grip makes my hand go numb if I play with that grip type for too long.

Apologies, didn't mean to do that. (Apparently, the smiley face did not do the job it was intended to do).
It will be appreciated if the Mouse Acceleration Test as well as the max speed tests were added. Just to ensure that the 3361 variance is inline with other 3366/3360 mice. Those, to me are the most important.

I'm new to roccat mice, what type of finish does the shell have on this mouse?
Roccat, make sure the wheel doesn't rattle like in your later KPM batches.
