Nothing helps. Is there any method to flash firmware, in Swarm I can't recover mouse, because it says "no connection". THx

Sound like a bad USB cable. Since you just bought it I would just RMA it.

it's an all-black kone pure military. not the owl-eye.

edit: or not really sure, R4 was the KPM sensor. but I remember there being an all-black KPM.

scrollwheel looks different to the kone pure black edition (that's the black version of military), it's rather like the owl-eye scroll, also 88g weight instead of 95g.

Looks like an low-cost version of the Owl-Eye Pure to me since it says "5,000dpi Pro-Optic (R7) sensor for optimum tracking", probably simliar to what logitech did with the g pro and the 203...same shell, but cheaper sensor and probably cheaper buttons.

I hope you realise the kone has existed before the kone pure with a the R7 aka. the only decent 3310 mouse. It's not like a g203 it's like 2 or 3 years old at this point rolleyes.gif

Pretty sure this is a new model considering it's a new moniker ("SE"), the previous Kone Pure models used R3 (Laser)/R4 (Optical) sensor naming scheme, this one weighs less, has a different model number (ROC-11-722), the site just recently adding it with a broken link, etc.

EDIT: The "SE" model also seems to be lacking on-board memory.

And it also lacks a braided cable, i could imagine it using 3325 given the overall package and considering that KPOE's MSRP isnt really high at 70€. Or they are just sitting on a bunch of 3310´s and want to get rid of them.

An internet cafe variation of the KP was released in Asia earlier this year. It's probably that mouse.

Where do you see it lacks a braided cable? There's an Estonian store that is already selling it that shows that it still has a braided cable in the description and pictures.
