Computer Shutdowns when playing games not overheating

m experiencing computer shutdowns when playing games and my PC is not overheating. I've attached my log files using HWINFO.
I've done reseating ram, resetting cmos, updated bios also and checking loose cables. it only happened on games. I've also added AVR and fix our circuit breaker just incase this is fluctuation. What I have notice though is it shutdowns because of 100 CPU usage on all cores especially on watch dogs 2. Almost all high CPU usage cause the shutdowns I think and I also have this buzzing sound issue when playing audio or video. I don't think this is my PSU problem

Similar to this

I just upgrade this last month I'm coming from i7 920 and it feels like this i5 6600k is too weak for me as it can't even handle my chrome usage

I also follow this instructions as at first I'm just using 1 PCIE cable.

Now I don't know what is the problem as it keeps rebooting when playing games same as yours. I have no other PSU to check and I don't want to rush buy a high end PSU before checking which ones are faulty

Is it randomly restarting or completely shutting down?
The PSU you have is multi rails so if you get shut offs during gaming you have probably put too load on one of the rails causing OCP to kick in
What you have to do to fix it is to spread out the load more evenly which means move the cables around.

Take out all the cables and look in the manual and see which ports goes on which rails
Too much load on one rail will casue OCP to shut the PSU off.

I think my PSU is single rail only as specified here https://seasonic.com/product/m12ii-850-evo/
Does this means my PC is operating more than 850W?

No . to much load off 1 rail. but i dont think thats it. think your gpu/drivers are not playing well.

Load up msi afterburner, lower clock lets say 500mhz. and test. if it fails try lower memory too. on the gpu that is. Just to rule thos out to be @ fault.
