Either the section is outdated or EK already plans another terminal with led.

I'm guessing even if they do come up with a LED add on, we would need to remove the block to access the 2 pin power connector located near the power connectors. I hate that I always seem to end up tearing a thermal pad.

It looks like there is enough space to connect the 2-pin-connector without the need to remove the waterblock. If EK releases a LED-Terminal in the future, changing it will be easy i guess.

Thats how it looks installed:

I'm guessing there isn't any way to flip the Geforce logo so it's the right way up for an inverted system?

Has anybody else's block been shipped yet, because mine should have been dispatched yesterday (according to EK) but there wasn't any email confused.gif

@dunbheagan, the LED that we'll have later this year will be a flat-type LED like you can find in the original Nvidia shrouds.

We weren't able to source a quality LED prior to release.

Will there be separately released an updated illuminated casing that can be used on the version of the water block that is being sold now?
Do you know the deadlines?

I have two of these blocks coming to use with the EK-FC Terminal DUAL Parallel 3-Slot - Plexi. Can anyone recommend some SLI HB Bridges that are compatible? I've seen some minimalist ones on custom builds, but I don't know where a consumer could buy them.

Hi Akira, thanks for the info! I still have absolutly no idea how we will be be able to get this into the terminal. There is like 2mm max space. A flat type led might fit, but i dont see a way to get it inside without disassembling the terminal.
