Got a response from EKWB today saying they are out of stock. Sooooo frustrating. Especially since others who ordered after me have already got their blocks.

Acetal is much more sturdy than plexi. I haven't seen many cracked acetal blocks in my life.

Sure they don't crack like plexi but that's because acetal blocks just strip the threads and leave you with round cylindrical holes instead of threads that can't hold pressure rolleyes.gif

Bottom line is don't over tighten.

I ordered my blocks early on April 4. They still haven't shipped. The only response I have gotten from EKWB is they are low on stock. Yet people who ordered after me have already received their products. What the hell is going on with my order?

Same issue here as with everyone else with shipping. I actually placed a order for a whole new system on the 5th, this was suppose to ship 5d ays ago however it hasn't even been pulled yet. They stated "we just moved". however putting shipping dates without even sending an email says order might get delayed is very unacceptable. i just ended up canceling my $1,000 dollar order instead. I'll wait for Phanteks water block and source everything else where. Sucks because this would have been my first EK setup.

It's weird because some people who ordered on the 10th have received their orders and others who ordered on the 5th have not.

Yup, I always follow the forums, I've just never had the need to post anything so i never registered. However seeing this and knowing i wasn't the only one I had to post on this. this is 100% unacceptable.

This was their response to my cancellation. I'm glad that they did cancel my order like requested, however I feel like saying we can expect things to be normalized by the end of the month is just like maybe this will make him feel better.

EK response to cancellation.

Of course, we will cancel your order #XXXXXXXXXXX and refund you the money today.
I sincerely apologize about the delay - we have just moved to a new warehouse and on a new logistics program last weekend, which led us to some problems regarding the ordering process, but we are actively solving them so you can expect things to be normalized by the end of this month.

How did you cancel? Via RMA ticket? They haven't been responding to my RMA tickets in a very timely manner (2+ days).

I have a $400 order that I'm very close to cancelling.
