Choosing Z270 motherboard

I currently have no PC but planning to have one. To make it short, i planned to build an overclocking PC, and i looked at MSI Z270 Tomahawk , and i fell in love with it since it has a lot of power phase (i believe it's 10 or so) , but then i looked at gigabyte (a lot of people says it's a durable brand) and i found gigabyte Z270x-UD3 which is a bit more expensive but has less power phase.

Site from vendors :

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=6110#kf

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z270-TOMAHAWK.html#productFeature-section

So is the MSI more stable for overclocking since is has more power phase? Or should i go with the gigabyte (maybe there's something missing that i didn't look at)? I'm really new at this thing so i don't really know a lot. Thank you...

Either will probably do the job. I think the msi board looks better. I guess it depends on your color scheme.

My z170a krait gaming had 0 settings initially, and ended up with 1 after a bios update. My asus board has 7.
