I've been entertaining this idea for a while. However, since I want to try something a bit different which will most likely change variants several times, ordering a cable from you will not be an option.

I will repeat myself, but thank you once again!

P.S. If I may digress a bit, I intend to do sections of paracord and rubber for my cable because there is an edge on my desk which will inevitably damage the sleeving. Instead of smoothing the desk edge, I decided on a back-asswards but rather interesting to me approach which will have the added bonus from a practical standpoint - I want to have my cable stiffer for the longer part of its run and only use less than a meter of paracord.

why dont you spend $5 on a mouse bungee so you don't need to waste countless hours of your time making a special paracord.

I have a decent mouse bungee... But where's the fun in that? wink.gif

Hey I'm trying to fix my cable and wanted to know what size of heat shrink tube and clear round thing is.

Thank you!

Hi Ceesa. I've heard you can also sell pre-installed Revel mouse with the paracord mod, is it true? You can also do it for other mices? What if need replacement due to faulty mouse?

@Synoxia
shipping etc kills the mouse (w/ paracord) selling
ask the mouse manufacturer
(if I understand that question right)

Mh so what about Nixeus Revel and dm1 pro s? I've thought Nixeus support you so theoretically there shouldn't be any problem if i just switch some cable... and by the way i'm very dumb with electronics, those 2 mice are easy to switch the cable?

@Synoxia

Nixeus send me thankfully mouse feet. But I will not saying anything to there warranty policy or to any other company and there policy.

The only reliable way is to ask the companies directly.

I will upload a video with the paracord mouse cable installaion. I wait for a Revel incoming. Mine is lost (after moving) until now.

But I think the installations on both mice are simple. For the DM 1 you do not need to unscrew the pcb.

@lukeyc7

absolute no problem, you are welcome (you got pm)
