I don't see any ghosting in the games i play or benchmarks, nor do I have any kind of color banding. Neither the omen or AOC experienced this, now that is not to say they don't completely just that mine have not.

About the bezel that is up to you...Is getting over the bezel worth the cost difference is something the buyer will have to look at. For me I don't look at the bezel when gaming so it doesn't bother me, I don't think it looks bad.

Am I the only one that doesn't think that the bezel is THAT huge or ugly? I mean, yes, thinner would be sexier but I could easily live with the AOC's bezel. I'm a happy new owner of a x34a but had I gone for AOC that'd be the least of my worries.

Small bezels only contribute to BLB so nah. To me small bezels = con.

They are unnecessarily glossy, but honestly, I'm not the guy that is into aesthetics of bezels or something, I don't really care about them and they can look however they want.

If the bezel was matte I would have probably bought one. The glossy bezel will drive me bonkers with the reflections and distract me from the picture. Especially in the dark with a bright scene.

you can use a matte tape/screen protector and tape the bezels if they bother you so much.

I do agree that I wish it would have been a more matte/satin finish however it isn't that bad the room it is in has two large windows and it hasn't bothered me yet. I game quite a bit at night and it hasn't bothered me but I do agree why the gloss I don't understand either.

I would probably end up damaging the monitor due to poor hand coordination.

Update...... This monitor also flickers, fired up some BO3 and it does flicker and yet again only during the menu. The thing is odd my FPS stable at 97 when it is doing it and than it stays stable at 97 in game makes me wonder what is the difference between it at menu and it in game/benchmark.

So it only flickers in game menus but not in-game correct? That doesn't seem so bad. If it flickers in-game, that would be a deal breaker.

Yes only menus, people with the HP Omen X35 have the same issue and my Omen did do it also.
