It flickers on cs:go waiting/loading screen, a tiny bit on gta5 loading screen.
It flickered for me in games, but it was because FPS dropped below minimum acceptable by G-Sync (you need to lower a bit setting for games after switching from FHD 60FPS to UWQHD 100FPS biggrin.gif Even with GTX1080 you can't get antialiasing 16x on UWQHD ^^)

When scrolling black page with grey text, text becomes darker. The case is bad response time on medium setting for black to gray. Tried fast response rate to fix it, It helps, but then overshooting for other colors is visible when scrolling other pages. Just changed forum style I've tested to avoid black background.=]

My Lenovo Y27G which is also a G-Sync VA panel flickers during loading screens of WoW, Diablo 3, and BF1. This only occurs during loading screens. During those loading screens my FPS is low, but i haven't checked it as i've only had the monitor for a day.

Seems to be an issue with VA and G-Sync. Not sure if it is prevalent on Free-sync also.

(Don't judge me for buying a 1080P monitor. It was only $330 for G-Sync on a VA. My KDR skyrocketed after getting 144Hz back from 60Hz)

The glossy bezel's reflected light don't bother you in the daytime?

I think a lot of you guys seem to be hung up on the bezel. I used to own the Acer XB270HU that had similarly sized glossy bezels and besides looking little cheap, it wasn't a distraction when I was gaming on it.

I have a tv with a glossy bezel and stand; not sure about the bezel but the base has distracting glare in a completely dark room.

I haven't noticed any form of distraction from the bezel heck in an FPS game I don't even see it in my focus lol..... Like I said what i think and what another is not the same to me the bezels do not bother me a bit. I also don't miss IPS Glow or the severe BLB from the craptastic panels. Yes the colors on this are not as good as the X34 or PG348Q but they are good/close enough this is a gaming monitor not production monitor.

The only thing I miss about the Omen is its stand, as I stated it had one of the best stands on the UW monitors I had tried simply for one reason and one reason only it moved the monitor the furthest away from the user and it also took up the least amount of desk top room. However due to the small foot print of it, it did have the most wobble if bumped.

Lets evaluate this from a $ and Sense (as in common sense) perspective. ITS $450 LESS EXPENSIVE and the biggest gripes are a shinny bazel. I can buy matt black film for that $9 for black opaque vinyl 1ftx60in and even have enough to do the silver back wings if I dont like those either, the stand takes up too much room on my desk... I can buy a desktop mount for $50-75 that will support this and be a very clean look. So in all including shipping O can save $350+tax compared to the Omen and get the same panel....
