The Fractal Define S is on sale now for $60, its not the most flashy case, but it sure is the best you're going to get for around $50.

Ah sorry missed this - but it would have to be on Amazon.
I've now left it in the hands of my cousin with all the recommendations given in this thread to him.
I gave him a whole PC, it's now up to him to grasp it and build it on his own (incl buy the right parts)
