I've never seen somebody so desperate to justify a purchase. You act like you own stock in HP or something, lol.

The prices of these monitors havn't come down enough to justify this purchase for me yet.
$1k+ for a monitor with 4k gaming on the horizon. Well we already have 4k gaming, they will just get faster.
According the review, still has flaws at over $1k - seems crazy. I would want a perfect monitor at that price.

unless they do 32 or 34 inch curved 4k theres no better choice than 34 or 35 curved by 1440 at 100Hz. you need sli to even utilize 4k 144hz and how many games do right now? 27 inch 4k 144 hz they can keep that little baby monitor

So has it been confirmed that the flickering only happens on menu's and moments where you drop below 30FPS? Has anyone actually noticed flickering in game in the normal GSYNC range? I am thinking about picking one of these up but if people have experienced flicker in game under normal circumstances I think that is probably a deal breaker. Thanks!

I have a Lenovo Y27G, and it has the same issue in menu's. Freesync also has the same issues during menu's. The screen refreshes every frame, and if menu's are capped at low fps then you will see some flickering. I don't think this is a VA monitor thing. I'm pretty sure this is a G-Sync thing. This can probably be fixed by a driver from Nvidia once they identify the problem.

As for others complaining about color banding i can't comment because my monitor is different. However i don't see a lot of issues with overshoot (purple trails) on my monitor with my overdrive set to medium. Keep in mind mine is 144Hz. I think some people are just that picky. The picky people tend to be the ones that complain.

Desperate ??
are U crazy or what??

I'm not at all and don't be offensive with people you don't even know, be respectful.

I have tried many other 34" inches and all gone back to Amazon because I was not satisfied with all the problems that they had, and if Omen will not satisfy me it will go right the same way back as the others done before, so don't judge other people before you don't even know what they do Or what they have done before, with monitor experience.

I'm 40 years old and I have a computer repair company in Rome, and i repair computer since the spectrum for at least 25 years now ,'so what do you think u are talking with ? a little puppy kiddy or what?

U messed with the wrong guy.
