You could probably not add any for much longer, but you might lose a tad of performance and you run more risk of air getting into the pump. Its super easy though, you just take it out of your case, undo the fill-screw and add a little distilled/de-ionized water. Anyone can do this and it takes maybe 10min tops.

All liquid coolers need this btw, but with CLC's(closed liquid coolers like the Corsair H-series) you just can't top them off, and they just start having issues with pump noise and air-locking after a few years.

So if you're planning to use it for a long time, you might be better off with a proper AIO like the BQ! Silent Loop, Swiftech H-X2 or EK MLC(coming soon, might be overkill).

Yes, I've seen and heard some noise measurements and it seems promising. 35 dBA is almost Noctua NH-D15's level. Did anyone tested it with an overclocked i7 7700K?
