KF2 with dedicated PhysX card (a 980Ti):

With demolitionist, most of the zed time (slow motion) sequences happen directly after a large group kill with the grenade launcher or RPG, and it was easy to see that running with the dedicated 980Ti held closer to 100-110 FPS during those times, whereas using the 1080Ti dropped down to 75-80." Another article showing differences when using a dedicated PhysX card w/KF2 (even a GTX 770):https://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/forum/killing-floor-2/technical-support-ae/killing-floor-2-support/114314-dedicated-physx-card-to-flex/page2
Weird thing is I never saw any difference when using my 980Ti as a dedicated PhysX card in Metro Last Light.
It makes sense in KF2 though -- it has the most advanced PhysX effects seen in any game to date.Edited by 8051 - 9/22/17 at 1:07am
