I think we've got a good set of reviews now but if you find anything particularly interesting or niche feel free to post it and I'll add it. If you use the mention feature to bring it to my attention that would be helpful too.

I don't think that those are legit benchmarks. The combined score for 3D Mark is very odd...

Here we go!

Looks like 4Ghz required 1.425V on the Ryzen 7 1700 and somehow clocked higher than R7 1800X

http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_ryzen_7_1800x_processor_review,23.html - power use a bit worrying when OC'ed but nothing crazy

Let me know if anyone simulates a Ryzen 5 via the MASTER utility.

Ryzen 5.
Also need to look at Ryzen 7 1800X @4+ GHz (the Ryzen 7 1700 appears to hit 4GHz OC).
It's a software design issue ("old games") since Firestrike score is very high.

. It's good for threaded stuff (simulation/render/computation) , not as good for modeling & gaming.

P.S. Cinebench single thread is largely academic , the 200ms "PDF opening" difference is hilarious.

The R7 in the chiphell review isnt boosting to 4.1ghz. That 149cb score proves that. MT score is expected for 3.7ghz.

I'll wait for the usual youtube reviewers, LTT, gamers nexus, bitwit, jay. Soon my sub box will be filled, I'll be occupied for the rest of the day.
