History says yes but the verdict is not in for the Ti which maybe already pushed hard at stock since the clocks are higher than the Titan XP

Is this something with Pascal because the custom 980 Ti's had plenty of headroom over the reference board ?

It didn't really matter with the 1080 cards. They all hit the same PT wall.

Hmm ive been through every possible page in the order option and all i get is "order recieved"
but if they havent shipped by the time AIB cards are out, im pretty sure everyone will will just get a refund
