***? shouldnt that go up?
Yeah it's weird depending on the bench i run it will be 1.063v to 1.075v but it stays at 1911Mhz.

With voltage slider at 0 i see the voltage go from 1.043 to 1.050 to 1.063 and clocks drop from 1911Mhz to 1898Mhz.

Yes...

Here is a better explanation of what the voltage slider actually does. From unwinder

Your graphics score of 59k is insane. Highest I can get is 55k you on ek blocks? Also what are you oc numbers core and mem?

Yes i use ek blocks with backplates
my sli works at 2050 mhz on core and 1539 mhz on vram , 7700K @ 5300/5000 mhz

It doesn't go up for me but it DOES stay at a consistent 1.062 for me instead of dropping at times. If it drops your core clocks also drop on stock voltage curve. rolleyes.gif

So putting my voltage slider to max is going to put me at a higher boost clock? Or does it help you avoid throttling? Or both?

Is it not best to try and see our maximum OC without overvolting first like on Maxwell?

Voltage slider will give you a more consistent top voltage which is 1.062v for me. i have seen it go to 1.075 briefly but clocks at both on the stock voltage curve are the same. 2cents.gif

On air your going throttle from too much heat but on water you won't hardly at all. See my earlier posts with the MSI Afterburner logs, 99% of the time with voltage slider at 100% on water I'm at 1.062v 2064 core. handlebarssmiley.png

It only throttles a tiny bit because I've never done the shunt mod and in Heaven a scene or two puts me just a bit over 120% power limit I think. redface.gif

Just as another example ive done the shunt mod, slider does nothing for me if at 0 or 100 i can run 2088MHz and voltage never goes over the 1.062V.

Edit: And i cant run either way the next boost level wich would be 2100.5MHz... so for me the voltage slider story ends here tongue.gif
