Lol. And that wasn't counting my psu fan. My fan controller gets a workout for sure. It allows me to run my fans at about 600 rpms or so. Quiet and they still keep my CPU and graphics card cool. I've never even tried benching with the fans any higher. Most of them are Yate Loons. Cheap but awesome.

sure does for me. i turned it back to default (which ive never done on a card). once you beat the voltage and thermals you indeed hit the power. In fact , I hit power as soon as i add volts. The slider gives extra volts at +22, (1.06) +44, (1.72) and +66(1.83), and +100 (1.93); that's it. it basically does nothing on this card. And all of those increase ssuck b/c it power throttles very hard. I wish I could undervolt it with the slider tbh.

anyone have same experience ?
do you have you phase switching at at least 670? and make sure you have the droop prevention at 50%+ in the digi+ bios settings.

Yeah, overvolting did nothing for me as it just made me approach power limiting quicker.

Someone here did undervolt their card but I'm not sure how they did it.

And oh wait, what's this? Google has results for Mafia 3 with 1080 Ti AND its the SAME ARTICLE!

Wow, mind blowing isn't it? The power of the Google.
yes it is. and i saw your question but dont have those games, lol. I will say that the googles say that you will get 60+ fps ultra 4k.

me either. i tried with the slider to manually enter "-25". nope. I tried playing with the curve but couldnt get good results with it either. keeps crashing on me. Any "curve" experts want to give us the head's up on it?

I don't know how to test frametime properly, testing it using G-Sync on and V-Sync off like I normally game with there is huge frametime variance 16ms to 31ms so I assume you should test it using a manual frame limit? I'm happy with my gaming performance as it is so I don't feel it's necessary.
why would you set you frame limit OVER your refresh rate? All the input lag testing I've seen says to set it 1 below your refresh rate at 60Hz, and 2 below at 144. Aka, set the limiter at 142 on a 144Hz monitor (59 on a 60Hz0. NO input lag at all, no tearing, and slightly less workload for your gpu, keeping power target throttling at a minimum.

The clocks are solid now too except when it slams into the power limit. I don't know how you guys can get 2100 core without it power throttling like crazy. Mine is average I suppose but no coil whine. smile.gif

Same here i cant get passed 2050 with fans on 100 percent. also tried playing game (squad and mass effect) last night for first time with sli got a few crashes when cards were overclocked at highest preset i had for benching. cards heated up and fans were super loud. i think these cards def need to be swimming. Do you have a seperate loop for gpu? how much of an effect would these two cards have on my loop with cpu do u think?

After messing with sli I'm likely getting rid of my second ti. Not worth it to me at 1440p.

I'm using a 980 Ti EVGA hybrid cooler on my 1080 Ti.

Temps are usually about 40C gaming.

My normal gaming clocks are 2025 MHZ core and +250 on memory. The core on mine doesn't want to go above 2050 without crashing.

Haven't pushed memory that far yet but it seems like a lot of you are getting good memory OC.

I can't get passed 2050Mhz either. Kinda weird as i can run 2050Mhz all day with a +151 core offset but as soon as i go to+152 core offset or 2063Mhz it will crash.
