It depends on what fans you are using. I'm running a H55 in push-pull on mine and it was at around 62-65C with Noctua 1500 RPM fans until I got new Noctua 2000 RPM fans and my temperatures are now at 58-60C... Running these damn fans at max is annoying though. I'm going to change over to a x41 Kraken and see if I get an improvement.

I'm with you there. 2 x 1080 ti FTW3 on order. Oh well, I don't mind the month wait but at least trying to get them weren't as much of a pain as previous generation preorders. 10am pst preorders were opened, ~ 10:25am pst got the email confirmation. Just hoping EK or Heatkiller will have some blocks ready by then!

No. It is a custom pcb. Newegg apparently now has nude pics.

Okay, thanks.
I guess I can't buy a 1080ti yet then. There are just too many small things nagging me at every 1080ti I can get today.

ie. Anyone know if anyone is working on it or not?

I did some test with rear windows rapair kit, was not low enough to see a difference.

I heard a lot of good thing on CLU nut I did not have some to try.

If your good at soldering, you could use a small wire from a multiwire audio cable on 2 of the shunt, it reduce my power from 120max hitting limit to 100 never hitting limit.

It did not help me on having a better clock tho, but I'm having Power suply shutdown from time to time so it having a hard time and may affect my test, waiting for my 1000W to see if it was causing problem.

Hmm, I can try returning this kit and getting another one. Or I have an unopened NZXT X62 for my CPU (waiting for the bracket) - but I suppose this wouldn't make good contact with the GPU out of the box, maybe a shim needed?

Seriously? You were at 43C and now you're over 60C? If this pump theory is true (my pump was a dud and yours died in a week) then that would lower my confidence about the hybrid kit by quite a lot mad.gif

Stock EVGA fan at 100% would top out at around 59C, but it's loud as hell. Noctua NF-F12 PWM at 100% is roughly 60C after I changed the TIM and about half as loud.

I'm really confused now .. found these on reddit:

one of them says 60C,the other one <50C with push/pull fans at 65%. hmmsmiley02.gif

I don't think there are two versions of the hybrid kit, It looks like EVGA use the same 120mm rad, fan and pump combo since the 980Ti.
