Don't need to bother with vsync or fast sync with GSYNC if you're already using frame limiting. They don't add anything but additional lag.

I used to be all about partner cards until I realized I was taking the freaking cooler off for AIO anyways. FE + Water is the way to go!

Exactly! Why would one be turning on vsync or fast sync if a framr limiter is turned on? Vsync/fast sync won't getto activate itself that way and what you get overall is just additional input lag.

I feel the same but like my previous posts yesterday say, FE's are power-limited and the possibility of reaching higher OC's with them tends to be lower than what you get with partner cards.

AIB's and FE have the same power limit...

What, really? So what's the use of the 2x8pin connectors for AIB's compared to the 6+8pin connectors of FE's?

And why did they decide to make the power limit the same for the 1080Ti when it's not the same for othet Pascal cards?
