NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti Owner's Club - Page 380

Wish I knew they were going to make a 1080Ti specific block when Nvidia released the card. This looks beautiful, and single slot.

What card? If it's the new one, the gtx 1080 ti, then it's certainly possible. But I know for a fact you saying it never dips below 100 fps ia straight lie.

1080Ti definitely will not become a limitation.
But these tests confused me, until now I looked at Kaby Lake 7700k 7600k and 7350k, and waited 7740k and 7640k.
But...
http://www.pcgameshardware.de/Ryzen-7-1800X-CPU-265804/Tests/Test-Review-1222033/
So where is the truth? Kaby or Broadwell?
on THAT game, if you have easy access to a z97 board, get Broadwell 5775c.
That page you quoted/linked has the 5775c at 3.3ghz and it STILL keeps up with Kaby at over 1200 higher Mhz. It'll hit 4.3 easy which is over 30%oc, something Kaby can't match (that high of an OC %wise).

**********Guys who bought/are buying Aorus or the gigabyte 1080ti cards of any type i guess, we can get the swag bags like dude did- check out the fb page-https://www.facebook.com/AorusOfficial/

no tests for Starcraft, but here is a hard cpu game here-
https://www.purepc.pl/procesory/broadwell_niszczyciel_test_core_i5_5675c_i_core_i7_5775c?page=0,37 It's one of the few Kaby keeps up, but everything else wilts.

Wish I could see 5775c vs 7700k at 1440p and 4K tests.

What is your Core Voltage for your 5775c 4,3?

Wish I could see 5775c vs 7700k at 1440p and 4K tests.

What is your Core Voltage for your 5775c 4,3?[/quote]well, that's my wall and Im at 1.345v however these guys can take more volts than a haswell, 1.25 on haswell is like 1.32 or so on broadwell, anyway, i hold 4.2 at 1.285 (some can hold that at 1.25). and 4.2-4.4 is where you want to be to beat everything else.

me too, i wish i had a 7700k to test against. I had the 4790k for awhile and beat up on it pretty good.

Yeah, cause I am considering selling my 4.9Ghz 4790k and get 5775c. If I OC it to 4.2/4.3GHZ- it will beat my 4790k, correct?
