Any ideas as to how the Titan Xp will fare against AIB GTX 1080 Ti if it's not watercooled?

lol dont role eyes i score better than you at lower clocks than your "2100"

Well, what do I go by. Same 2100 +650.

Heaven on FE BIOS.

Not sure I could keep these clocks on FE BIOS though, my ambient temps are quite low, not usually like this, graphics driver locks up with warmer temps. Strix BIOS is fine these clocks. redface.gif

I normally run FE bios at 2062 1.031v +610 memory. Let me do a run those settings.

I get about 152 FPS in Heaven Strix BIOS, but get 160 FE BIOS. In TimeSpy I get 10800 Strix BIOS, about 10500 FE BIOS.

Which results should I go by? I'm thinking TimeSpy would be the more reliable on the two. redface.gif

Edit: Deleted the TimeSpy, that was my Strix result and I no longer have my FE result, but it was about 10500 last time I tested. redface.gif

Are you sure that your memory isn't clocked too high or something? This is my graphics score in Timespy. I remember people seeing this when I had my gtx 1080 Seahawk EK. Higher clocks didn't always translate into more performance. That cpu is beastly by the way. Awesome clocks.

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/18939504?
agreed b/c here is mine http://www.3dmark.com/spy/1447239, and mine is on air and that is at a semi stable +165

Yeah for that reason, my Ti is definitely going back now and a TXp (I guess that's how I signify it now) is on its way. I mean it's that or I'm back to going SLI every time redface.gif.
I GUARANTEE YOU that this is no accident waiting until it's been 34 days since pre-orders began and Nvidia store is no longer accepting returns even though street date launch was March 9th. I had to get a waiver for mine and I may have been the very last refund issued. I am so glad I returned before this was announced b/c those waivers are over with now. I had to mention youtube to get it as is....

I can already see myself selling these cards. Least the two I have once a seahawk or hydro copper releases. The fan curve does not play well with sli especially having one founders and another msi founders. Better off going with two of the Same with serial numbers in sequence. The 2 classifieds I had were like that and I was able to oc to 2166 on air with 65% fan. What happens when u have zero patience. I can get one card to 2113 thru a heaven run other card won't get passed 2050 without crashing.

You've been flashing the wrong BIOS to try to get beast performance out of your 1080 Ti. Instead, you now flash beast Titan Xp onto your lackluster BIOS for more corepleteness.
