fedex delivers on saturday, but it costs extra on top of next day delivery.

I am having issues with redeeming my game code with Newegg. I have chatted with both Nvidia and Newegg now. No luck. Trying to get to the bottom of this.

I am getting "You do not meet the hardware requirements to redeem this coupon."

Does someone know how is nvidias customer service? I am trying to decide between nvidia.de site and evga, price of the 1080ti card is the same nvidia just has a nicer box snd shipping is free. Planning to watercool it aswell, so no idea how does nvidia feel about it incase of problems, if I need to rma. I know EVGA customer service is great, if not the best.

what part is the problem? I was told you had to now have a qualifying card in the system to redeem the code or something like that.

Well GeForce Experience doesn't know I have a 1080 Ti for some reason, even though it clearly shows I'm running one in the system specs of GeForce Experience.

Either

1. Newegg didn't give me the right code.
2. NVIDIA didn't give Newegg the right code.
3. NVIDIA didn't update their servers to read the cards and the codes together correctly.

yeah, we screwed. same boat as you. it rained thursday night so apparently that excuses them from delivering an "overnight morning" delivery all the way until the 4th day. No refunds. Screw fed ex. i wont be using them anymore. Don't even get my Ti for the weekend.

sounds like classic launch day problem. i suspect the 3rd one.

Well I got the code when I ordered today but I'm not going to try it until I get the card in the system.


So I hope its all fixed by then.

I have already told Nvidia I'm not going to pay the Overnight shipping fee if I don't get it tomorrow.

They told me they want to try to contact Fedex first to see if they can move up delivery before they refund shipping.
