Monitor your voltage, power limiting and the clock.

This keeps happening with everyone. Kendrawolf needs to update the op of the strix thread.

But the strix will hold your core clock and then try to stabilize it by continously adding voltage. Your power limiting will get worse, worse and worse.

The Asus strix bios thinks it has 350 watts available when it does not. It will tap into that power draw and come up short. But you will still see 2088 Mhz even though you're power limited.

My voltage is at 1093mv when the clock is at 2088.

Make sure you didn't accidentally download the 32 bit version of the driver. I've done that once or twice.

That's very bad, trust me you're power limiting yourself.

You see, the strix will hit 1.050 or wherever you set it. But as you game it will increase that voltage to the max available to avoid voltage limiting.

Again the strix thinks it has 350 watts, but you're running an fe without a shunt mod.

The FE cannot do 1.092V at those clocks without hitting power limits.

I am sure.
c:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\381.65\Win10_64\International\
Even from GeForce Experience I have the same problems

Ah I get that error sometimes after using DDU because windows is attempting to install a driver on it's own. I have to kill the process in task manager for the nvidia install to work.

Why do people still use duu, is the clean install option of the driver not enough? They introduced it so we wouldn't have to use duu.
