Honestly, the card looks like a reference.

I might have been spoiled by my previous reference card. It did 2000MHz locked playing Witcher 3 for hours on end with only 0.993v.

Either the 381.65 Drivers are unstable or Mass Effect Andromeda is the best overclock instability finder in history. Keep getting the "Device Removed" DirecxtX error when it's Heaven stable.

"C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVSMI\nvidia-smi.exe" -q -d power

Here's my dog of an Aorus. Having difficulty getting 2000MHz stable, really got a crap draw of the lottery. mad.gif

Lookie lookie biggrin.gif 1080TiMSISeaHawk.zip 155k .zip file

Whoever wants to flash and test this bios and see if there's anything special about it.

Heaven doesn't put enough load on the GPU to call an overclock stable.

For me it has always been Witcher 3. That game will crash and crash quite often with a unstable OC.

Witcher 3, FS Extreme or Ultra stress test, or Overwatch are good pretty good at rooting out issues.

FS Extreme Stress Test wrecks my unstable overclocks faster than anything else I've run. Also wrecks the power limit. Good to grab when the suite is $5 during Winter sale season. Not worth full price for me, but this is a forum for people with very expensive PCs so opinions may differ.

I got it for $7 but I can't run it because it doesn't like msi afterburner and Riva tuner, even if I run RSS in stealth mode.

Haven't figured out why I can't run it and have afterburner open at the same time. Might have to email 3dmark support.

So, determine highest possible clock at 1.050v, at crash lower it 13-25, drop everything down to the right of the straight across same line mark . click 1.05v and hit ctrl+L to lock, x out, apply, save, and enjoy. It's really easy now.

Just follow Kedar tutorial on YT, correct? : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=koBxaf-KZgo

Try setting the application detection threshold in rivatuner to low or just turning off rivatuner while running 3dmark.
