Gelid GCE and Mastergel Maker Nano a close second.

32.4K graphics score in FS at 2.088GHz.

Hey, mind sharing a picture of your voltage curve and Afterburner settings? 2088MHz is higher than most people can get.

NEW Ryzen benchmarks that INCLUDE 5775c, omg this thing is a beast (Broadwell FTW!). Even in games where the 8 core cpus are getting utilized, I am still right there with cpu's that cost almost triple (for the most part, warhammer notwithstanding). And still pooping all over a 5.0ghz 7700k (considering the older platform, slower ram, it's amazing, really); I LOVE THIS BROADWELL /1080ti combo SO FREAKING MUCH.

SLI is so bad right now. Scaling is just bad if the game uses it at all. I've ran SLI for the last 6 years and this is the first time I'm writing it off and going with a single card. I'll have $1400 in a Xp on water. Same price as 1080Ti SLI on Air. If that doesn't tell you how bad it is nothing will. Stick to a single card.

Yes. One or two rads. Ran Crossfire a few times and have zero intentions if ever running mGPU again.

It wouldn't make too much of a difference with my 4790K at 1440P or 4K right?

i've never ran a loop but i can still answer, one would be fine, especially if you add a chiller. It would require a second one perhaps if you go sli.

considering you can sell your 4790k for ~$300+ it's a ~$50 upgrade. That is the deal of a lifetime as you'll have a whole platform's worth of performance upgrade for that small money. Short answer, yes it still outperforms in highs, lows, and average frames in 4k. The 134mb combined L3+L4 cache vs 8mb cache..... That's a roflstomp. And even in 1440p/4k you'll gain ~20% fps in many titles.

PSA- If you are on z97, the very very very best upgrade you can do in perf per dollar is a drop-in cpu upgrade to Broadwell-C. It's literally a no-brainer, deal of a lifetime. THAT'S why you've never heard about it tbh, Intel tried very hard to kill this thing off.

Single 1080Ti can be run on a single 280mm 35-40mm rad. Along with a 6 core processor. And it will still run slightly cooler than an AIO smile.gif (push / pull)
